Credible is committed to a long-term partnership approach with all of our customers. Credible provides a dedicated state specific Account Manager for each customer. In addition, Credible’s Task Ticket Submission System simplifies customer interaction with Credible. It enables customers to log any bugs, errors, or feedback directly on the customer site. Credible also has escalation procedures to address critical customer support incidents.
Customers also have the opportunity to interact with Credible staff and other customers at our Annual Partner Conference and through Regional User Groups. In addition, Partners have full access to the Credible Library that allows customers to share and leverage the vast collection of forms, payers, and institutional knowledge.
