Credible Behavioral Health Has Attained 2014 ONC HIT Meaningful Use Stage 2 Certification!
After a significant investment of thousands of hours, Credible received notification of Meaningful Use Stage Two 2014 certification on August 12, 2014. Meeting the 2014 Edition criteria for Meaningful Use has been an enormous undertaking requiring infrastructure changes to support complex reporting requirements, numerous enhancements to existing features, and the creation of numerous features. Adding to the difficulty was CCHIT, Credible’s 2011 certification Partner, withdrawing from the ONC HIT Certification process. While each testing entity must follow the same protocols and testing scripts, the interpretations of the many nuances vary. The 2014 Edition criteria resulted in more than 240 individual items requiring more than 5,000 hours of development. This 3,200% increase over the 2011 Edition criteria (75 items, 170 development hours) significantly taxed our development and QA team, which has resulted in delayed innovations.
As Credible has for over 14 years, we remain committed to the Partner approach while leveraging technology to help you, our Partners, provide critical behavioral healthcare services.
